    I bought 4 knives for different saltwater fish I regularly catch. So far I filleted two Fluke and a Striped Bass. I’m not a professional by any stretch of the imagination. There was no meat left on the bone, it made me look like a pro. The knives were so sharp I’m now tempted to buy the Warthog knife sharpener on your website.

    The 9” flexy knife has the perfect amount of flex, stiffness and the handle fits in my hand perfectly!! Chartering on Lake Michigan means I fillet hundreds of fish a year, and need a knife that will hold up and get the job done over and over. This knife is without a doubt one of the best investments I’ve made! What a great knife!!

    I have been fishing for decades, cleaned thousands of fish and am a full-time charter Captain in Port Charlotte, Florida.

    I just started using my SORD 9” medium flex knife and I can’t believe how effortless it is cleaning large fish such as groupers and red snappers using this knife. It has the flexibility that allows me to get over the bones yet gives me the firmness to get through the tough skins and thick meat. I probably have 10 other fillet knife types in my shed at my dock that are going in the next garage sale.

    Good but for sockeye salmon I’d get the super flex.

    I bought the 9” medium flex for my boat I filet sockeye and silver salmon and rockfish here in Alaska. Works great for the rockfish but I would prefer the more flexible 9” for salmon. Super sharp love the handle. I’ll be ordering the more flexible 9” today.

    Great knife but the sheath does not hold the knife in place. Lost mine on the second dive. It was in the sheath when I entered the water, never used it during the dive, was missing from the sheath when I got out. Very disappointed, it was a nice knife.
