OVERVIEW

The Tuna Bundle includes our secret weapon of a 6" Serrated Blade for chunking bait and removing tuna collars, a 9" Medium Flex for loining tunas, and an 8" Super Flex for skinning fillets. This bundle has you covered from deck, to dock, to dinner table.

ON THE DECK

The 6" Serrated Blade means business. Stiff-as-bone, with rock-solid, ergonomic grip, and a fully serrated edge, use this blade to cut up chunks of bait, remove tuna collars, or saw through tough dorsal plates on large tunas.

ON THE DOCK

The 9" Medium Flex was built for tuna. Literally. Made for long, smooth, and controlled cuts, this long, curved blade has a small amount of flex and a mighty strong backbone, giving you maximum control over the blade's tip when deep inside a big tuna at the cleaning table.

FOR THE DINNER TABLE

The 8" Super Flex is a designated skinner. Bending almost 90 degrees from the cleaning table, remove the thin skin of any tuna with minimal effort, letting the flex in the blade ride flat along the table. Efficient skinning = premium quality sushi, sashimi, and nigiri.
