PRODUCT RETURNS & LIFETIME WARRANTY
RETURN POLICY
We have a 60-day return policy from the day that you have received your product. Which means you have 60 days from the day you received your product to request a return of the product.
If you have a return, please contact us fishon@sordtools.com and we will instruct you on how to return your product as well as send you a shipping label to return it. Please note that returned products must be unused and sent back in the original packaging.

LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY
We are dedicated to providing our customers with nothing but the best fishing products that the world has to offer. The products that we manufacture are made to last a literal lifetime with proper care. We understand that there are a few that slip through the cracks and that is why we have a lifetime warranty on all SORD* products and the warranty is outlined below:
- Any manufacturer's defects outside of normal wear and tear within the intended uses of the product
- Any "life happens" moments, because we know that there are moments that you had no control over
Example: Your son decided to use your knife in his science project unknowingly
Example: The knife fell off the fillet table and the tip bent or broke
*SORD's warranty does not apply to products that are not SORD branded products, such as the Warthog Sharpener and DMT Sharpeners. Please refer to their websites for more information on how to file a warranty claim for those products.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
- Products that have been intentionally neglected by the owner
Example: You left your fillet knife under your house for 6 months in the winter
Example: You used your pliers as a hammer doing work on a job site
Example: You left your fillet knife under your kayak for 3 months
Example: You have not cleaned or maintained your blade since the day you bought it
2. Products that have been intentionally damaged by the owner for a warranty claim
3. Products that have been lost, dropped overboard, or stolen
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to your account on the day that the item has been received and we have inspected the product. Please note that it can take some time for banks and credit unions to reflect the return on your accounts.
If you have a warranty request, please fill out the below form and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days.
