I have used a lot of different brands of knives over the years and this one hits all the requirements. The grips are amazing, never have to worry about your hand slipping. Love this knife,great balance,feel,sharpness. The only thing that would make this better would be the addition of a bit of a palm swell in the handle. Other than that,I love it. If you decide to make one, I'd love to test it!!

I expected more out of these knifes. I filleted seven walleyes with one knife and if I would have had the other one I would have switched knives. I was more empressed with a Walmart fillet knife but there I did t except much.

Awesome serrated knife, so glad Sord Knives finally came out with a 6” version of their 9” serrated knife.

a little to flexy for my liking when it gets a little duller i’m going to see if it’ll be good for filleting halibut when i first got it the tip was bent but i bent it back other then that very sharp still and probably have fillet 40 fish with it already

As a long time Crappie Guide I have used them all and have never found a knife that is as outstanding as the 7” FLEXY. The weight of the knife is exceptional and the true sharpness of the knife cannot be compared to any others on the market. Well past number 350 now cleaning crappie and the blade in my opinion is THE BLADE.
YES, IT’s on the high side but this knife is a beauty to use. Excellent price performer for the serious angler.

The knife I received is dull. I have cheaper knives that come sharper than this one. Sent a email regarding the knife’s poor edge with no call back or email.

I have cleaned medium sized speckled trout and a few redfish so far. Has been fantastic especially on the redfish but I can see now that I am gonna want to add the 7” Flexy to the collection for the trout. Great Product !!!!

Very disappointed with the sharpness of the knife. After filleting only a few fish the knife cutting edge was dull and no longer sharp. Love the handle, disappointed with sharpness

Best Fillet knife I have ever owned and I have owned many! Stays sharp after many fish, (bass, speckled trout, redfish, and flounder) . I never even thought about sharping it. A must buy if you want the best you will ever own!!!

Just got my 8” super flexi it looks and feels great in my hand and it’s super sharp. I’m fishing in Alaska and this is a great addition to my boat. Great job SORD fishing!

These knives are proven. This is the perfect do it all knife for inshore and offshore species. I have several other sord knives in various sizes and they are all amazing. I will continue to buy Sord and be a life long supporter. They flat out work!

I clean a lot of salmon and lake trout per year. I’ve tried pretty much all the knives out there under $200. Needed a new knife and saw these on Instagram. Took a chance and ordered the 9” Flexy. Halfway through on fillet I was sold! Super sharp right out of the box. The slick coating kept it from dragging and didn’t need to be constantly rinsed to slide freely. Absolutely recommend it for any salmon angler in search of a new knife!

Still waiting for it to arrive I had hoped that I would’ve had it in time for my salmon fishing trip here in Alaska.

I have not had the opportunity to use the 9" yet. Once we land something, I will be able to do a review

I bought this for a charter captain on Lake Ontario. He loved it.

From the moment I put them in my hands I knew they were great. The medium flex makes cutting around big tuna dorsal fins a breeze. Don’t waste your time or money on any other knife than Sord.

Bought for my commercial fishing BF. He calls them an absolute game changer

I love this knife! It’s big enough that I can cut 20+ pound kings and lakers, but so big I end up slicing through the spring cohos! The handle, I cannot say enough about that handle on that knife. I’ve been cleaning fish for a long time “and I’ve got the scars on my fingers to prove it from slippage” and this knife is never coming out of my hands by mistake. Lastly you cannot beat a razors edge the Sord is famous for having. Thank you Sord and keep up the good work!

Cant beat the customer service from these guys . Broke the tip on my 9 inch serated and called them and had a new one within 3 days . Awesome knives .
