THE BLEEDER

The 5" Utility Knife sits stout and strong as the designated bleeder. With its stiff carbon steel blade, you'll maintain maximum control over your blade when bleeding your fish. Properly bled fish = higher quality fillets.

10" FLEXY

The 10" Flexy was built specifically for big salmon. Plenty of blade length to reach all the way through your giants, with a narrow, flexible blade for long, smooth slices down the length of the large fish.

8" MEDIUM FLEX

The 8" Medium Flex has a straight, narrow blade, with ample flex to work with delicate skin, while also having plenty of backbone to swipe through each side of smaller species with one smooth pull.
