I waited two years because I was hesitant about spending that much money on a knife. I bought a 6” & a 8” after using them I will say they are worth every penny!!!

Sharpest knives in the game!
I have a collection of sord knives for all of my fish and game processing needs. The 6" flexy is the best tool for taking care of the most delicate of tasks which has been perfect for smaller fish and venison quarters. Makes quick work of any task where precision is absolutely necessary. Add one to your collection and you will be glad you did!
This is by far the best knife I have ever owned. I’ve cut up literally thousands of fish and this is by far the nicest knife I’ve ever used. Done about 50 snapper/grouper/tuna and it’s still creepy razor sharp. My Dexter’s are going on the boat as bait knives now.

Handle is loose
Wondering what size socket/ screw tip For the handle? ( It’s not a T25 )
Open the box and the handle is loose
You just cannot beat these fillet knives. They have comfortable grips that will not slip in your hands. Super sharp edge made for quick work on our Mangroves and Red Snapper this last trip

Captain's cleaning knife
Got it for Christmas and cleaned 3 redfish and 9 trout yesterday for clients. Super impressed with the materials and the weight and grip of the handle. My Dexter may be retired.
