I have a collection of sord knives for all of my fish and game processing needs. The 6" flexy is the best tool for taking care of the most delicate of tasks which has been perfect for smaller fish and venison quarters. Best knife I’ve ever used!
This is by far the best knife I have ever owned. I’ve cut up literally thousands of fish and this is by far the nicest knife I’ve ever used. Done about 50 snapper/grouper/tuna and it’s still creepy razor sharp. My Dexter’s are going on the boat as bait knives now.
