I’m a charter Captain in Morehead City, NC. I just got added to the guide program. I’m such a Sord user, my first purchase was 4, 5in utility knives for my knife block in my kitchen! You’ve cut fish and bait with them. Wait to you cut into a ribeye!!

Worked as advertised!
Do not hesitate. Once I was used to a new knife in my hands, it was a joy. Perfect for Mingos which was exactly what is was working on. You could read a newspaper through the bones. I live in Fort Walton Beach so it is nice to support a local business. This knife will outlive me...thanks for the quality work.

I wasn’t empressed
I expected more out of these knifes. I filleted seven walleyes with one knife and if I would have had the other one I would have switched knives. I was more empressed with a Walmart fillet knife but there I did t except much.
I took advantage of the discounted off shore bundle and could be more satisfied!
The knives are built very well, extremely sharp and most of all great balance , fits snug in the hand . I will continue to add to my sword collection 👍🏼

Awesome serrated knife, so glad Sord Knives finally came out with a 6” version of their 9” serrated knife.
a little to flexy for my liking when it gets a little duller i’m going to see if it’ll be good for filleting halibut when i first got it the tip was bent but i bent it back other then that very sharp still and probably have fillet 40 fish with it already

As a long time Crappie Guide I have used them all and have never found a knife that is as outstanding as the 7” FLEXY. The weight of the knife is exceptional and the true sharpness of the knife cannot be compared to any others on the market. Well past number 350 now cleaning crappie and the blade in my opinion is THE BLADE.
YES, IT’s on the high side but this knife is a beauty to use. Excellent price performer for the serious angler.
Junk soft blade couldnt make it through 10 snappers and float tested the SOB

I have been filleting stripers that I have been catching in Boston Harbor. I always used a 7” filet knife and this 8” makes taking the first and second side off the bones and easily takes the skin sides off the filet. No bones and I also use it to clean the bark vein on the lateral lines out for a true white filet.
I highly recommend this size knife and will be buying the 9” next.

I got the snapper bundle and two of three are perfect knives. Sharp, attractive, well built. The 8” super flex loses a star from me because its blade is a bit too limber for my taste. But that’s just me. Great company, great product

Disappointed
Very disappointed with the sharpness of the knife. After filleting only a few fish the knife cutting edge was dull and no longer sharp. Love the handle, disappointed with sharpness
