THE FLAGSHIP

At a versatile length, the 7" Medium Flex has proper backbone for bigger fish and just enough flex to ensure you don’t leave meat behind, giving you the confidence to make the most of every fillet.

This SORD holds its edge 2-3x longer than traditional stainless steel, has a titanium & Teflon blade coating that is proven to prevent rust, and a G10 handle that absolutely won't slip when its wet or slimy. 

THE TANK

The 5" Utility Knife is also known as our "little tank of a knife". It's designed to cut bait and to bleed and gut fish of all sizes. It's stiff as a bone, but with plenty of length for reaching inside gills. With it's smaller profile, keep it anywhere; on your hip, at the helm, or clipped on the rim a 5-gallon bucket. 

THE SKINNER

The 8" Super Flex is a designated skinner, no matter what species is on the table. With its ability to flex almost 90 degrees, it can ride flat along the table while you remove fillets from the fish's skin, so not a single patch of skin is left behind. Also great for cleaning flatfish like flounder.

  • All of the products in your SORD bundle will ship in one box. Each knife is packaged individually, placed into one blank shipping box, and shipped to your door all together within 2-5 business days.

  • The Titanium and Teflon coating on every SORD is extremely durable and protects the blade from rust; however, if it isn’t properly washed and dried, small rust spots may appear on the raw exposed steel along the edge, which can be very easily removed with any knife sharpener. Store your SORD clean and dry, and it will not rust.

  • SORD carbon steel holds an edge about 2.5 times longer than traditional stainless steel. For the recreational fisherman, you can expect the knife to remain sharp for an entire fishing season, although edge retention depends on the number and type of fish you clean. Cleaning thick-scaled and bony fish will wear the edge down more quickly, while cleaning light-skinned fish will allow the edge to last significantly longer.
