6" FLEXY

Precisely curved with plenty of flex in the tip and plenty of strength at the base, the 6" Flexy is the perfect balance of finesse and control for smaller species like Vermillion Snapper and Mangrove Snapper.

7" MEDIUM FLEX

The 7" Medium Flex is the ideal Red Snapper knife in our lineup. Plenty of backbone to punch through big scales, with moderate flex in the tip for maneuverability along the ribcage and spine.

8" SUPER FLEX

The 8" Super Flex is our designated skinner, no matter what species is on the table. With its ability to flex almost 90 degrees, it can ride flat along the table while you remove fillets from the fish's skin, so not a single patch of skin is left behind.
