THE BLEEDER

The 5" Utility Knife sits stout and strong as the designated bleeder. With its stiff carbon steel blade, you'll maintain maximum control over your blade when bleeding your fish. Properly bled fish = higher quality fillets.

9" MEDIUM FLEX

The 9" Medium Flex is a Salmon favorite. Plenty of blade length to reach all the way through your giants, and plenty of curve to give you long, smooth slices down the length of the large fish.

8" MEDIUM FLEX

The 8" Medium Flex has a straight, narrow blade, with ample flex to work with delicate skin, while also having plenty of backbone to swipe through each side of smaller species with one smooth pull.
