OVERVIEW

A 7" Flexy for Rockfish and Redfish, a 9" Medium Flex for Tunas, and an 8" Super Flex for Flounder and for skinning. Use these three together to enjoy better fillets, more meat, and less time filleting.

7" FLEXY

With a perfect combination of flexibility and backbone, the 7" Flexy "plays both ways" with it's ability to easily handle smaller species like trout and larger species like striper. Great for those mixed-bag days.

9" MEDIUM FLEX

The 9" Medium Flex was quite literally built for tuna. Made for long, smooth, and controlled cuts, this long, curved blade has a small amount of flex and a mighty strong backbone, giving you maximum control over the blade's tip when deep inside a big tuna at the cleaning table.

8" SUPER FLEX

The 8" Super Flex is our designated skinner, no matter what species is on the table. With its ability to flex almost 90 degrees, it can ride flat along the table while you remove fillets from the fish's skin, so not a single patch of skin is left behind. Great for cleaning flatfish like flounder.
