While I did not get to use the knife Chick-fil-A fish I did use it to trim some brisket and it did not disappoint.

i love my 7" and 9” flex blades they have everything i have been looking for in a fillet knife flex where i need it but strong when i want it. Let me tell you this sucker is SHARP! The grip is great quality and comfortable in the hand the textured G10 does no slip at all. I will continue to use these knifes for many years to come and would strongly recommend for someone looking for a product that will last!

Cuts like a Razer blade nice an smooth

I have found the best filet knives period. I purchased my first one at the Miami boat show 2 years ago. I got the serrated one to cut bait. Loved it and then purchased the 9 flexy, 9 med and 7 flexy and they are amazing. they are used daily as I have a few restaurants, one being seafood where i source my own fish. They stay sharp and do the work.

Although I haven’t had an opportunity to actually use my knife yet, it appears to be a very well built and comfortable knife.

cut one lingcod dulled blade, re sharpened will try on next fish. maybe blade was tempered wrong will advise.

Very nice knife. I should have hat the super flexible blade. I got the one that isn’t quite as flexible. I use it for filleting fish and I could be alittle more flexible but still works great.

Fantastic knife, has just the right amount of flex for skinning and can cut through all kinds of fish! It’s now my go to blade! Thanks for making a quality knife that really keeps an edge!!!

9" Fillet Knife - Medium Flex

We out and captured some flounder and used the knives for the first time. Incredible experience I was really impressed with ease of use. I was most impressed with the handle. Extremely comfortable and the balance was great. The only knife I will ever purchase. I was skeptical of the price. But know I get it. Worth every dollar. 5" Utility Knife

Solid and balanced. The grip is incredible

The utility knife is a really good fixed blade knife that I use for multiple applications. Why to go SORD for building a solid tool I can use daily.

Love this one just as much as my other Sord tools. From cutting bait to fishing line or even rope, it eats whatever you put in front of it.

We used the 9-inch serrated this past weekend to clean a few sheep head and the knife did awesome cannot wait to see how it holds up against some large red snapper

Perfect Freediving Knife! Super high quality components!

This knife easily dispatches fish as it is nice and sharp. The handle gives you a great grip on the knife. It is also surprisingly rust resistant. I have taken it in the Gulf twice so far and no evidence of rust which is a lot better than some Italian brands that I own. This is now my go to knife underwater.
