You can tell when a company doesn't skimp on quality. As a professional Chef, I have an affinity for quality blades and I can honestly say that SORD is right up there with my Japanese blades that cost $$$. The Classic Trucker Hat is also a top notch Richardson and not some cheap product from overseas. This company is quality through and through.
