7" FILLET KNIFE - MEDIUM FLEX

I took this knife out of the incredible packaging (a fortune must have been spent on the packaging), and immediately starting cleaning fish. I filleted about 20 bottom fish like Black Sea Bass, Trigger fish, Grunts, Porgies, etc and it did a great job. It retained its sharpness and I was pleased with its performance.

Great knife have cleaned probably 10 flounder and 20 trout with it, it works amazing and is super sharp
