THE BLEEDER

The 5" Utility Knife sits stout and strong as the designated bleeder of the bunch. With its stiff carbon steel blade, gain maximum control over your blade when bleeding your fish. Properly bled fish = tastier fillets.

THE "LITTLE" CLEANER

The 7" Flexy is ideal for loining out tunas under 60lbs. With maximum blade flex in the tip, it's your easy-access tool to getting the most Toro meat as possible and ideal for trimming away bloodline. A flexible blade is key against the soft flesh of a tuna.
