OVERVIEW
For salmon, we recommend a stiff blade to bleed the fish, a long, curved blade to clean the fish, and a Super Flex blade to skin the fish. Use these three together to enjoy tastier fillets, more meat, and less skin trimming.

THE BLEEDER
The 5" Utility Knife sits stout and strong as the designated bleeder of the bunch. With its stiff carbon steel blade, gain maximum control over your blade when bleeding your fish. Properly bled fish = tastier fillets.

THE CLEANER
The 9" Flexy is a Salmon favorite. Plenty of length to reach all the way through your giants, and plenty of curve to give you long, smooth slices down the length of the fish.

THE SKINNER
The 8" Super Flex has claimed "permanent skinning blade", no matter what species is on the table. With its ability to flex 90 degrees, it can lay flat on the table while you remove your fillets off the skin, so not a single patch of skin is left on your fillets.
